A judge on Tuesday issued a partial summary judgment that found Donald Trump massively overvalued his assets and committed fraud over several years as he grew his business empire in New York.

A non-jury trial is slated to begin Oct. 2 to decide the six other claims against Trump in New York Attorney General Letitia James' civil fraud case against the former president.
